The first story has us visiting Quinn and Holland with their infant child. There is a sweet moment between Quinn and the baby that is too precious for words. The next story has Laine and Garrick in the spotlight as Garrick gets ready to take the Bar test. Patton and Ori muse about their happiness in the third story. The book finishes with a multichapter mini novella featuring Harris, one of the human soldiers who was in Quinn’s squadron in the military. Harris falls in love with a shifter when he provides humanitarian aid to one of the shifter packs in need. The story is beautiful and I can’t wait to see where Ann-Katrin Byrde goes with it in the next short story bundle.
Nick J. Russo narrates this audiobook, and like all the other times he’s narrated Mercy Hills Pack books, does a fantastic job. He has a wonderful voice that embodies the characteristics of each character which keeps all the different characters distinct. I loved his performance. The audiobook production was well done and there were no mistakes or glitches.

If you love the Mercy Hills Pack series, you will love this little addition to the series.
The only drawback to these short stories is the long wait in between releases. I thoroughly enjoyed them, especially ‘Harris and The Green Moon Granny’, but sadly it wasn’t concluded.
I have all the released audiobooks in the series, but there isn’t a story between these characters sadly, the only mention of Harris is when he helps with his team to treat the wounded of the devastating fire/arson attack at the Green Moon enclave.
I would definitely like to hear this story to its conclusion!
Please, please, please can more of the books be released in audiobook format??
So far, 5 have been released, including the two shorts and a spin-off ‘Sanctuary’.
