Highly recommend. Clear and informative
I’ve read quite a few books about the menopause, but this one definitely stands out. It’s beautifully read, and the audiotapes are terrific. I have found them very effective after just a few listens.
The advice is clear, kind, informative and empowering. Highly recommend.
