Really impressed
This is good and well written book. I even have purchased this book and find lot of tips during this book. Anyone can get help from this book. There are huge tips during this book. This book sound is sweet . Highly recommended for all.

Enjoyable and Informative
Thank you for writing this book on Mindfulness. As a novice on the subject, it opened up a world of examples on how to introduce Mindfulness into my everyday life. I found the narrator's voice slightly systematic. For me, I would have enjoyed it more listening to a warmer, mindful tone of voice especially for this type of content. Overall, it was an enjoyable and informative book.

Good listen

Useful and easy to follow
I enjoy your work, Ian. It has helped me establish what I do well and what can be improved as well as practical steps. I
have written the mantras on my wall with some other supportive messaging. I have also been using the fabulous app and will be integrating what I've taken from the book into my daily habits

an essential book
