Summary

Jane Tennison, now a Detective Sergeant, has been posted to Peckham CID, one of London's toughest areas. As the rubbish on the streets begins to pile up, so does the murder count: two bodies in as many days.
There are no suspects and the manner of death is different in each case. The only link between the two victims is the location of the bodies, found within a short distance of each other near Rye Lane in Peckham. Three days later another murder occurs in the same area. Really enjoyable
I really enjoyed this audiobook. First time I've listened to anything by this author but it wont be the last.
Good storyline, not too complicated that you get lost but enough to keep you guessing. Good pace too.
Narrator was excellent.

Decent read!
Decent audible story that didn't need major concentration but some of the accents were just dreadful. If you can't do an accent then don't!

Most enjoyable
I enjoyed the the story and kept going until the end which is unusual for me. There is a lot of twists and turns but on the whole a good story considering it was free. I will list to more stories in the series even if I have to pay for them.

Another treat!
Working my way through all of the Jane Tennison books in order and loving how she's developing as a character. Good solid police procedural, well written, good storyline and narration. Looking forward to the next one!

Brilliant but WOW at the accents!
A great story as you'd expect. The narration is really good except for attempts at accents. A Scottish and, far worse, a Jamaican character come out very badly!
