I like how it breaks down each herb.
As someone with a medical background, I like how each herb is broken down by type, sources, and even doses for. I enjoyed how it used research behind each outcome and how it explained other benefits that aren't widely known. A good book looking for anyone who is looking for a way to naturally treat different conditions.

Great guide for Herbal Remedies!
I'm always curious and look for natural medicinal plants, herbs, and spices that I can use at home. I Especially look for the benefits of each plant and vegetable so I can apply them to the everyday menu. I think it would be a great benefit for health. I discover there are so many different types of mushrooms in this book that I thought they are poisonous. But they are really in good use.

Prevention is the best cure
While pharmaceuticals have there place I do feel we are all pumped on medicines to cure diseases that are avoidable if we just eat the right things. From personal experience I know that tumeric has always healing properties and that is what got me interested in this book. There is a lot of information and it's a book that I will have to keep going back to as oppose to listening to it all in a one shot. It's nice that it uses scientific data to back up the research which is a requirement now in our science dominated world, but the medical industry doesn't profit from well people if profits from the sick. Read this before you go straight for over the counter.

I love herbal medicine
I was looking for a book that would guide me in using natural plant based and herbal supplements to enhance my health, and this is the perfect book for that purpose. My knowledge of herbal medicine, including its geographical location, was limited. This book is great because the author includes detailed information about every plant's function. I highly recommend this book.

Love it!
I believe in natural remedies and got the book to learn more about them. Love how the book is clearly organised into various remedies so I can go back to it later if I need to refresh my knowledge. My favourite chapter was the one about Aloe Vera, so many benefits to it! Great book, highly recommend!

Incredible information
This book has reallt helped educate me on the state of natural medicine, which I think is such an overlooked fiedl of medicine due to all the modern mediine that is pushed. I feel we should consider natural medicine more in the medical field.
