Enjoyed learning those skills

I really enjoyed listen to it. This book came with a Coursers training. If you take both you will take more advantage of the learning process.

Highly recommend

If there is one area where I would criticize negotiators, it is in the lack of creativity. Many cases I oversaw could have been settled, I am certain, if the lawyers had spent more time developing novel and effective ways to present their ideas. This book is an excellent roadmap, and I highly recommend it.

Amongst the best books (courses) I have studied

I have to negotiate a lot in my professional life (part of my job in finance/banking) and personal life (newly married). This book was a phenomenal read (listen). I enjoyed how it was systematically structured and built upon each chapter to come to a fantastic end.I would highly recommend keeping a notepad with yourself while listening to jot down key points. I for one treated this more as lectures in a class than just an audio book and have seen this book positively impact my life both personally and at work.

Well written enjoyed the lesson. teacher definitely understands the course he is teaching. will purchase more negotiation books by him

Provides great strategies

This book kept me on the edge of my seat and I ripped through all strategies in a matter of hours. So glad I own the book so I can go back and revisit the strategies. It was so eye-opening.

Great Book

Very smart book, I am not a native English speaker and this book was not translated to my language subsequently throughout the readings/ hearings of this book I found myself translating every each word I was unfamiliar with just in order to make sure I do not to miss even a single idea this book has to offer.. that much I appreciate it. It was Time well invested experience
