Very useful book!
If like me, you are open and logically minded, this audiobook will suit you.
It is a useful audiobook, that orients you on how to lead your sales team to success. Came highly recommended and hasn't disappointed yet. I highly recommend for any new manager, anyone thinking about a career in management, and a manager who feels like they want to brush up on the basics to make sure their focus is in the right place.

Great instructions for team management
The motivation of team members is most important for getting high productivity. In chapter 6, I found great instructions and tricks for mentoring and motivating teams. They are very easy to follow and apply. The author makes a dry subject interesting and informative

I like the author’s 49 strategies for leading and mentoring teams. His steps for going through challenges and problem situations are easy to follow. Also, I am very surprised at how it is easy to make a perfect plan with the author’s 7 - step plan.

Practical steps for better leadership
Not your typical "rah rah" management book. Instead it offers a practical look at the role of a manager within both the team they're managing and the organisation as a whole.
There are 49 strategies covered in the book. This sounds like a lot but there are a lot of bitesize golden nuggets so you don't need to worry about repetition.
Bonus points because the narrator sounds just like Simon Sinek.

Not very valuable. Quite old school.
The narration sounded like a bad you tube video. The content was quite old school and command and control. Talking about giving orders. Not really worth listening to.
