Summary

Bloomsbury presents Night Warriors by Graham Masterton, read by Mark Meadows.

The original and terrifying start to a supernatural horror series from the master of horror himself, Graham Masterton.

IT CAN FIND YOU ANYWHERE... EVEN IN YOUR DREAMS.

Henry was the first to reach the girl, found sleeping on the beach, with his friends Gil and Susan. When they learn what has happened to her, they are thrown into a mystery that nightmares are made of.

The young girl has been forced to host a hideous malevolence that insinuates itself into the bodies and minds of thousands of unsuspecting people.

The only hope of saving them is to become Night Warriors, an ancient Order with the power to infiltrate the dream world, and destroy the original source. Together, they enter the unknown but one thing is certain – if they fail to find it, the beast will certainly find them...

Disappointing

Odd combination of British narrator but US storyline. Narrator is competent enough but storyline is unusually poor. I’m a fan of Graham Masterton’s work but not of juvenile superhero, comic books.

For fans of Marvel superheroes I’m sure this book will strike a chord but as a horror story it really doesn’t hit the mark.

Disappointed

Thought I'd revisit the Night Warriors after reading it many years ago as a teenager. As a teenager I enjoyed the book but as a adult I thought the story was poor, the characters weak, overall I was very disappointed.

An Excellent Audiobook & A Great Start to The Night Warriors Series

I really enjoyed this first audiobook in the new “Night Warriors” series from Graham Masterton.

It offered a novel approach to the fight of good over evil. Plus the usual twist and turns and gore you’d expect from a Graham Masterton story.

The narrator was excellent bringing each character to life.

I can’t wait to listen to the second audiobook in the series.
