Summary: Overall good information, different techniques mentioned. However my only issue with part of the book towards the end, was how generic and identical it is to Rob Moore’s book and so many others.

It goes over most of the information every property book has already covered which is slightly annoying.

My last point which is not a negative, but I really find it tiring listening to so many investors explain how they were in debt but yet they explain they were able to pay thousands and thousands in the first place but lost it. (I want to relate to investors who came from nothing, the real meaning of nothing and then they get my full attention 100%)

A great book but the above are just my opinions

Brilliantly written making it easy to comprehend, understand and take in. The strategies outlined in the audiobook are broken down well giving you a great guide of how to do them and make progress in your property career. I finished the book in 4 days and began on one of the strategies on day 5. It’s by far the most valuable property book I’ve read.

It’s also really well read by the author making it a pleasure to listen to - I even covered more miles on the treadmill by going for longer to listen to more!

I have the intention of joining the property business, but I have no experience nor money. this book gave some direction. explained some things to me and helped me make a plan. I know I will be successful and everything started from this book.

As Kevin says in his book, you don’t know what you don’t know. After listening to his book I have learnt about strategies that I never thought could exist or work. I have started a rent 2 rent business and it creates cash flow like Kevin says. I would recommend this book to anyone looking to get into no money down and strategic property investment.

Excellently orchestrated and planned book. Well thought out, almost no fluff or filler. I’ve been investing in property since 1999, yet still learnt some valuable information. I used to host a property networking event, and now wonder if I should return to it once more!
