This story is really touching, it's both a beautiful love story (mixed feelings on the ending) which doesn't shy away from the ugliness of the past. The characters are believable with and are brought to life with amazing voice acting.

I haven't been affected so emotionally by a book for a very long time. I wasn't sure I would enjoy the story as it seemed too far fetched but not to give any spoilers, this was truly a real romance. And yes, there were tears shed which I don't often do.
I certainly recommend this wonderfully written and narrated story. Beautiful!
