3 chapters for one

Good story but leaves it open for a follow up. confused as to why the Salamanders spoke with a black South African accent?

disappointed

the narrator was a little monotonous. he failed to imbue the White Scars, Salamanders, or Ravenguard with any distinct character. the author must share some blame for this too, but im sure a better actor would have done more to differentiate between the three space marine chapters.

Great pivotal stories

3 stories. White scars was really good at setting the scene of the war with the Orcs. really enjoyed the forced team the white scars had to make. possible plot is how the other got there ? good mystery as the the team search the tunnels.
Sorcerer battle showed the power of the stormseer very nicely. nice

Raven Guard was also good. great infiltration story. similar to white scars but the bigger mystery makes it different. this is in addition to the race against time theme which is enforced by the xenos. final battle was a bit convoluted but conclusion was good.

Salamanders: story come to end and unfolds revealing the mystery. another infiltration but on a ship. Salamader Anvil comes into play. Tech marine also is introduced and his power displayed. Sub plot of his identity crisis was very sweet compared to the other plots and made it good.

Overall worth listening to, the middle section in particular was good............the space marine battle

Give the narrator a shot of adrenaline

Awful reading, lacking pace and energy and pitched at a younger audience than the story would be aimed at. hard to tell if i liked the story it was difficult to pay attention to the reader without my mind drifting off. in the end i used it as background noise

Abit Dull

I dont feel like the voice actor gave it his all and the story was just not captivating enough alot of pointless chatter but even that I wasn't drawn too as everything just sounded the same, different voice actor maybe? or just change up the story alittle feel like the story was disappointing feel bad for the Ravenguard and salamanders :(
