I particularly loved the chapter on managing limiting beliefs and I let the kids listen to it. We talked about it for ages and then the they started to talk about what they really wanted to do! It was great for them and for me. This lead to a talk around school and what people said to them. It was enlightening and they all felt great afterward.
Overall, this book is incredibly easy to relate to with very useful insights and tools to understand and deal with your child's anxiety (and your own!). I have no hesitation in recommending to parents - new and older - as well as grandparents and other family. We all loved it.
A great book to lead a conversation with your kids

Finding out what causes them anxiety is the key. Encouraging conversations with children can help.
Consistency is key, open neutral communication is essential and asking open-ended questions can be more effective.
A friend who is a stressed-out mother was intrigued when I mentioned this book as a coach; it comes up with clients.
In this book, I was able to get a deeper understanding of what they're experiencing.
Furthermore, this book has some interesting parts, like how social media affects children and their anxiety, yet it's so hard to control because it's so accessible.
A must-listen for anyone wanting a better understanding of anxiety.
Totally Insightful
