This really got me!
I’m always overthinking, I’ll spiral about a text I sent three days ago. So, I tried this, and it’s like a mental reset button. The step-by-step stuff, like NLP tricks and breathing hacks actually works. I listened on my commute and caught myself chilling out instead of stressing about work. It’s real talk about quieting the noise in your head. I’m still a work in progress, but this audiobook’s my new go-to when my brain won’t shut up.

Calming and Empowering Listen
I listened to this during a particularly anxious week, and it really helped me reset. The book offers a step-by-step approach to managing overthinking and anxiety, with practical tools grounded in NLP and mindfulness. What I appreciated most was how gentle and encouraging the tone was—it didn’t feel like a lecture, but more like guidance from someone who gets it. The breathing techniques and mindset shifts are already making a difference in my daily routine. Definitely a great listen if you're trying to feel more in control of your thoughts and emotions.

Felt Like a Reset Button for My Brain
I picked this up during a stretch when my thoughts felt like they were constantly racing, and it’s actually helped me dial things back. Some parts hit harder than I expected—especially the bit on self-compassion (which I clearly needed more of). What I liked most is that I could try things out without feeling overwhelmed or like I had to overhaul my whole life. It’s been a calm push in the right direction, which is exactly what I needed lately.

Was Like A Breath Of Fresh Air...
This book is like a breath of fresh air for an overthinker like me. The author doesn't just preach; she gets it. Her approach is relatable, easy to follow, and just plain works. There was no fluff, just real talk and doable steps that are right now helping me to slow my reaching thoughts and start living more fully. If your brain's on overdrive 7/24, give this a read. The book is excellent, and I recommend it.
