Brilliant guide!

I needed this book! I was so excited to listen to this book, it has helped me change the way I think and how to reshape my world! I love the way the author explains that failures are opportunities for growth. The narrator did a great job as well. A great listen overall, I highly recommend!

Small changes with a big impact

This audiobook deconstructs mindset shifts in a non-daunting yet implementable way. It awakened me to the realization that minute mindset shifts can result in massive shifts in several areas of life. I like how it applies mindset to relationships, success, and even well-being, and how it puts forth the notion that perception is what makes all the difference to all things.
