Full of Valuable Insights
This book is great. I have seen many books for skills for teens, but this book is for parents of teens to help them. That is a game changer. It helps parents guide their kids in all areas of teenhood so they develop into strong young adults. The focus on executive functioning is so important for teens and when we expect kids to figure it out, we are missing the boat. Teens need support from their parents, and this book shows us just how to do that. I especially liked the discussion on how to keep our teenagers' feelings in check. This has it all!

Perfect for all parents
I this listen to be a clear and helpful resource for parents. It breaks down important skills like organization, focus, and time management in a way that makes sense. It also gives practical tips and strategies to help teens develop these abilities in real life. I also liked how the author explained things in a simple, encouraging way. The real-life examples and step-by-step guidance made it easy to apply the advice. While some sections felt a bit repetitive, the overall message was valuable. If you're a parent looking to support your teen in becoming more independent and responsible, this book is a great starting point.
