A helpful guide for those with ADHD

I picked this up because my mind feels like it’s always running a marathon, but in ten different directions at once. Sitting still and meditating has always felt impossible, but these guided sessions actually make sense for how my brain works. The instructions are simple, the pace isn’t frustratingly slow, and each meditation feels like a tool rather than just "sit still and breathe." The ones on procrastination and grounding especially helped, I didn’t realize how much I was stuck in my head until I tried them. Instead of feeling like I’m constantly playing catch-up with my own thoughts, I’m starting to notice moments of actual clarity. Now I don’t feel like I have to be perfect at meditating for it to work.
