Living the ADHD Clutter-Free Life

This book begins with an excellent story about an individual with ADHD and sets the tone for the rest of the book. I like how the author says it is challenging to live a decluttered life with ADHD. I also like how the book begins with an understanding and definition of the disorder and moves into finding out which decluttering level you are living in. It uses an empathetic approach, which is much appreciated. Often, the clutter that ADHD folks possess can be daunting. The other point that sets this book apart is that it precisely defines the chemistry inside the ADHD mind—a very informative and challenging book for those who deal with this disorder daily.
