Great guide for Keto newbies

I saw this audiobook and thought, really, a cookbook in audio? I was blown away with how great this book is. There is a PDF of the whole book that you can print out for shopping at the grocery store. I have a long drive to work and wanted to listen to a book on the keto diet. I picked this book because of the PDF that comes free. After listening to the whole book, I now know what the keto diet is, how I can change my eating habits, and have a month's worth of meal plans. I printed off the pages of recipes I wanted to try and took them to the store. If your new to keto, this is an excellent resource.

I Hopped on Board the Keto Wagon!

Keto dieting is very popular today so I decided to jump in. This book is perfect for me. For starters, this audiobook (as the title says) has 101 great low-carb recipes – surly that’s enough to get started! It also has a well-structured 30-day meal plan. And since I also got the free PDF offered by the author, I have access to reference the info on my computer whenever I need to look up a recipe or check the meal plan.

Carmen T. McBroom’s narration is clear and engaging, making the, content easy to follow.

The recipes are simple, and the ingredients use easy to find which is a big help for a busy person like me.
I really appreciate the tips on pantry staples, meal prep, and keto essentials which, as a beginner, I knew nothing about beforehand. I believe this audio and PDF combo are going to be the secret to my success with the keto diet.

Recipes That Taste Good

I have tried a few keto cookbooks that did not work for me. This one is the easiest to follow. The recipes are simple and use everyday ingredients and I like the taste. The 30 day meal plan made it even easier to stay on track. Breakfast has been my favorite. Some of the food I had to double check it was keto because it was good. This is a solid pick.
