Finally the chaos is lifting

Having a kid with ADHD has been demanding and rewarding. I wanted to find a way to improve our home life and reduce the stress and chaos that ensue. This audiobook is perfect as I can listen to it in my car on the way to work. I have been diligent about taking notes, as I am a visual learner, but the book is so easy to follow, and you can pause to make notes. The book's recommendations on improving our family life have been instrumental in my sanity and the health and well-being of our family. Great book, highly recommend.
