Outstanding!
I came upon this book when going through a crisis. I couldn't make sense of what was happening to me nor my reaction to it. This book hit the nail on the head and helped me to face the situation head on. Highly recommend for everyone.

Brilliant! I needed to hear this audiobook.
I was recently introduced to the Drama Triangle by my therapist, and I am so glad that I found this book in relation. I absolutely loved it,despite the realisation that I am very much playing the roles of victim,rescuer, and persecutor. I now understand what and why I've been doing what i do, and now have a clear direction to adapt my ways.
