This audiobook has a wealth of advice on pricing and selling paintings. It is written in an easy to understand way that can be broken down into discrete sections for ease of comprehension. The writing style is clear and flows smoothly. It is very helpful in understanding the pitfalls that many artists fall into over time because they are unaware or unsure of what they should be doing. Must have for any artist.

This is one very interesting audiobook. I had never realized that there is indeed a formula for pricing art. As the author states in the closing credits, there are many artists who are great who are not making much money and there are many not-so-good artists who are making a lot of money.

I was interested in hearing about presenting at art galleries and the potential pitfalls of doing this once all the expenses had been accounted for. Let me say this as simply as I can, if you are an artist and you intend to sell your work, you need this audiobook, the cost is nothing compared to what you could potentially lose by just going it alone and selling your art without a strategy.

A lot of great insight into selling art packaged in a short audiobook! It's always difficult to price your artwork and the author does a great job at explaining her process, which has changed over the years that she has been an artist. I quite like the "I wish I knew" section at the end, as it helps prevent new artists like myself from repeating these same mistakes.

This book is short but is filled with a lot of knowledge to improve the price of your artwork. I have always been intimidated by artwork in art museums and have always wondered how specific art is priced. This was a great resource for me as it provides excellent techniques and tips that allow me to boost my self-confidence when valuing my art! I'd highly recommend it to those wanting to sell their artwork!

This book has a lot of information and advice from an experienced artist and business person.
From talking about how to start your business, pricing your paintings, making a living, to dealing with galleries to everything in between.

I really like the chapter on 'I wish I'd know', this is where you get great tips and advice on dos and don'ts of this business.

Some great info in this book, my wife is a keen artist and we've always wondering how to go about selling her paintings, now we know how to deal with the galleries , where to get started,commisions etc and hopefully make a living from it
