Summary
A power he doesn't believe in.
An enemy preparing for war.
A prophecy he cannot allow to come true.
Trystan’s destiny has been foretold. He is the prince who will bring magic back to the kingdom.
To him, magic is a fairy tale. To his people, it’s their only chance.
Twenty years ago, the power was drained by the very people meant to protect it: the legendary Tri-Gard.
If Trystan is going to bring hope to his kingdom, he must reunite the three who betrayed them.
The problem? The Tri-Gard has been in hiding since the day he was born.
From USA Today best-selling authors Michelle Bryan and M. Lynn comes a fantasy where princes are stubborn, betrayal stings even the coldest hearts, and the only thing that can break a princess is falling in love.

Great start to a series!
Where does Prophecy of Darkness rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
Intriguing first book in a new series which has got me wanting more.
Who was your favorite character and why?
I can't go into detail as to who my favourite character is as it would be a spoiler for the book :-) but he is definitely the character I related to most.
What does J. M. Needham bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?
Well narrated, clear with great inflections.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
I completed the book in two days, so yes, very engaging.
