Pleasant narrator’s voice.

Excellent Narrator Performance
The calm tone of the narrator helped me quickly enter a deep state of relaxation. The background music is also perfect: it’s not intrusive but creates the right atmosphere to fully immerse yourself in the hypnosis sessions.

Skeptical, but it works
A friend of mine told me about this audiobook during our usual Sunday brunch. She had lost weight without even realizing it, eating normally, and I thought it was too good to be true. I tried it without too many expectations, but I must say it works! Not only do I feel more in control of food, but I’ve also noticed an improvement in my sleep quality.

Satisfied.
