this guys voice is perfectly relaxing and it gets me over to sleep every time I need it. 10 out of 10 for me

Life changing!

I have terrible trouble getting to sleep at night and finally gave this a go with much scepticism but it was ridiculously amazing! It worked first time! I will use it every night and am so grateful to Glen as it’s really been so helpful!

Always struggle getting to sleep, but this works. I have no idea how it ends as I have never gotten that far.

This was like being lulled to sleep by Reggie Kray. I couldn't take it seriously at all I'm afraid.

Sleeping

At last I sleep. I was sceptical at first, however there is something that just makes me relax and drift off.
I cannot say what it is that makes me drop off or what it is that has me calmer throughout the day but I love it.

Works every time

I have used this repeatedly to get to sleep when my ADHD brain won't shut up and let me get to sleep. Some people have said that Glenn's accent is off-putting. I love it myself. He sounds like a real British person, rather than a syrupy American talking through their nose. And more to the point, his stuff works. If I have one wish, it is that his sleep sessions would not just end but would carry on with sleep music or sounds after he's finished speaking, as I can wake up again when it ends and I can hear my husband's snoring. Ah the joy of misophonia.

Success

I have no idea how any of Glenn’s guided sleep meditations end.

Each time I listen to him I am determined to figure out at which point I start to drift off.

His voice is far from soothing, but it works. I have PTSD so I am very nearly always alert and my sleep has been a major issue in the past.

It works for me, I do not care how or why, just extremely grateful for a solid nights sleep.
