Brilliant Book

A different take, a very complete book
I have read hundreds of running books. Many of them don't talk about everything that I think they should (technique, stretching, training, weight training, nutrition etc). This one does and often from a new direction. Then over and above this the book has opened my eyes to new things like mentality, weight control, breathing, making the most of strength training etc etc etc.
Overall, a fantastic book.

Most comprehensive approach to transforming your running
The insights in this book are the most up to date and applicable today than any other I have read thus far, simple effective measurements you can incorporate to see drastic improvements. I would highly recommend it if you are wanting to push the boundaries

Expanded my tool kit to the max
Even though I've been running and coaching for many years, constantly learning and gathering information, Andrew has managed to tech me things that that I now apply in my own training and that of my athletes. It is a comprehensive book of information for elite level training that can be applied to even novice runners. Genius! Thank you Andrew!

The book just came from random scrolling,
The book just came from random scrolling, it was just what I needed for my marathon preparation.
Full of insides, on many levels. Made me feel I have no clue about running up till now.
