A kind, sensitive, yet assertive approach to managing CEN

An incredibly perceptive and insightful book which makes sense of the complexity of the relationships within families of those who have experienced the pain and emptiness of childhood emotional neglect. It reached my core profoundly.

Insightful book on CEN

Insightful, no blame book. Showing how CEN is passed down through generations, through no fault of anyone. It shows how to deal with this, and break that cycle with your own family.

Informative and practical

An enlightening read with lots of practical actions and ways to think through decisions. What this gives you is an introduction. A great book to compliment this is the language of emotions.
