Loved this book & all the better for Kim Bretton.
I think I’m falling in love with Mike, so brave, honourable & vulnerable too. The problem I have is I don’t want to lose any of these last men/women standing & with the future looking quite grim I know I’m going to be upset. Won’t stop me starting book 3 right now though. Need to get the rest on to audible quickly for me though.

After reading the first book I thought I'd try audible. I was worried that as I wasn't reading a physical copy I would not pay as much attention as deserved. But, I evidently underestimated the way in which you are pulled into the way in which this Author writes! With the way work is I have 3 days off which gave me more than enough time to sit down and relax and soak up the story. Again I found myself unable to hit the pause button as I just wanted to hear what was going to happen. Incredible writing from start to finish, thoroughly enjoyable and heart racing moments throughout. If you haven't started this series or any of Christopher Artinian's work, I highly recommend you do. You will not be disappointed.

a great book, kim tells the story really good and her voices for the characters are great, definitely a great listen for people who have busy lives and its easier to listen to a book

I really enjoyed the first in the series of this exciting Zombie series and the second book doesn't disappoint at all, in fact it is even better!
As with the first book the action kicks in straight away and the pace is frantic all the way through. There are plenty of twists and turns as well as new characters to get to know.
The book is further enhanced by the excellent narration of Kim Bretton who is just perfect for this British based Zombie fest, she really brings the story to life with her excellent range of voices.
I highly recommend this audio book to everyone without hesitation.

1st book great 2nd fantastic looking forward to next fast pace no let up

the second book in the series starts where the first left on and carries on the story of the family and friends and their battle against the rams and other humans. the story is action packed and goes at a good pace.
There was one point where I jumped up and shouted 'oh no' which earned me a funny look from my family. I won't give that story plot away but my heart was racing.
the narration was superb much better than the first book, although I did at first wonder what a 'huddle' was that they kept picking up, only kidding, its just the way the narrator pronounces holdall!
Great series can't wait for the next one.

Again Christopher Artinian magically pulls you into the continuation of the Safe Haven
Series with such incredible realism that makes you feel that you never left.
Truly amazing writing of so real characters and emotions and Kim Bretton the narrator makes you feel it all.

Really getting into the audio books now. Wasn't sure about audio at first but finding the stories just as exciting listening to them as reading them, I like to do both. It helps when the narrator is so good! Safe Haven is such a good series, great characters, exciting stories and never ending action. Am now an avid follower of Christopher Artininan and will aim to read/listen to everything he has done so far and in the future.
