Loved it!
I desperately needed this audiobook. It was nice to be reminded that self-care should be a priority. I loved all the ideas, and they are easy to implement into everyday life. Highly recommend for anyone who feels like they are too busy to take care of themselves. A joy to listen to.

Great for a recharge
I am all about self care lately and as a busy mom this was just what I needed. Its nice and short at just over an hour and easy to squeeze into your day on the drive to work or while going for a walk. Nice easy solutions to practice self care. Would recommend.

Amazing Information!
For moms, I found this book to be a great resource for some great tips and information.
There is a lot to it, from a night out with friends to a day out with yourself. You need to keep your sanity in order to be a better mom.
In my experience, this book works equally well for moms without children at home.
A favorite part of the book was the time spent having wine with the girls and going to the spa.
This is an excellent book.

Just What I Needed
A great reminder to slow down and look after yourself! It's so easy to get caught up in the day to day, rushing around after the little ones without a second thought about what you need until you find yourself exhausted and at your wit's end, this book has definitely reset my thoughts about how important taking some time for me really is and I loved all of the ideas to do so, there's definitely some I'll be using.

Moms, GET THIS!
I gifted this to my wife as a way for her to recharge! She loved it and felt the benefits from this great resource! Self-care is so important for busy moms as it is easy to forget about yourself when it comes to everyday mom duties, this book provides many manageable tips to avoid being so stressed and over worked so you can better take care of your family. I like the part that talks about what the disadvantages are when you don't prioritize your well being, something we can all work on! The narration was well done and very simple to absorb. Highly recommended! 5 stars!

Beautiful!
Self-care is so important, and we tend to forget about ourselves in the hustle and bustle of life. This book is packed full of ideas that you can implement now to take care of number 1. You are important and deserving. I would highly recommend listening to this!

Great book
This book is great for anyone with kids, whether you’re a stay at home mum or you work. It’s a really easy listen and gives some great ways you can look after yourself and give yourself a much needed break from the daily chores. It has definitely made me feel more myself and not just a mum!
