Summary

A Warhammer 40,000 Audio Drama Collection.

The sinister and aloof Inquisitors and their servants exercise nearly limitless power – it’s essential to root out the many and varied enemies who would bring ruin to mankind. Other powerful agents, like the independent privateer Rogue Traders, are given free reign to treat on behalf of mankind’s interests. These stories explore both organisations, and their agents, with full-cast audio dramas.

Listen to it because:

The Inquisition might not always be 'good' in the conventional sense, but it does act in the best interests of mankind – or so it believes. Gain some insight into the shadowy organisation and the shadowy people who work for it in this collection of audio dramas written by Black Library stalwarts including Dan Abnett, John French, Chris Wraight, and more.

Some great, Most good

It's a bit of a mixed bag, but it's worth it for the really good ones. I really enjoyed the chapters with the Interrogators in, and the ones with Eisenhorn in are great. The one with the assassinorum was disappointing story-wise, but the Rogue Traders one after was great. Good SFX and voice acting.

ups and downs

This is a great selection of stories and they are all good, what really let's it down is the sound effects and music. some of the noises are really awful to listen to (made worse if your wearing earphones) the music and screeching gets in the way of hearing the story properly on many occasions.

Not as good as an audiobook

The audio collections that I have listen to seem to substitute narration with sound effects and musi. This is great at some points, but at other points, The listener is left, not really understanding what is happening.

Excellent value!! Great performances and stories

Thoroughly enjoyed this collection of audio dramas. GW should have done this years ago. Instead of trying to make people make 10 or more pounds for 1 hour of audio drama at a time.
Performances were great and stories interesting., this is worth the audible credit for sure!!

Too many disjointed short stories with no connection

the performances were fine but this 'book' is an amalgamation of random stories thrown together because they didn't fit anywhere else with unconnected characters, storylines and half finished plots. a lot of the short stories feel rushed or unfinished and would benefit as a small part of a larger story
