Summary
The 40th anniversary edition of the best-selling Tarot classic.
Rachel Pollack’s Seventy-Eight Degrees of Wisdom inspired a whole generation of Tarot students. Often referred to as the "Bible of Tarot books", it is a landmark book that helped launch today’s Tarot renaissance. Drawing on mythology and esoteric traditions and delving deeply into the symbolism and ideas of each card, the book offers a modern psychological interpretation of the tarot archetypes rather than a system of esoteric symbolism.

One of the best tarot books out there
Very well read, and not flaky, wishy washy interpretations like a lot of the newer books, something from back in the good old golden heydays when this stuff was more real and less commercial.

Thought Provoking
I've read and consumed a lot of Tarot content over my 6 years of study with the cards and this book is a clear favourite of mine. The connections drawn to myth and psychology alike is thought provoking even for someone who already knows about these things.

Wonderful to have this on Audible
Seventy Eight degrees is a true classic in Tarot studies, how wonderful to have it in Audio book form. Like revisiting an old friend after many years and seeing them in a new way.
The Narration felt a little fast in places, probably due to the accent but it is easily adjusted.
Nice touch Audible- the interview with Rachel Pollack at the end.
I would recommend any one who has read 78 degrees to buy this and for any one who is interested in deepening their understanding of the patterns, the stories and relationships in their life. For those who wish to access the wonderful gift that Tarot offers us.
Thank you

So much juicy information
This book is probably in most astrologers libraries and rightly so - it is such a useful reference.
Listening to the audiobook has certainly helped me to understand it even more - lots of insights.
Highly recommended

A nightmare to listen this book is a nightmare to listen and to learn anything.
The content overloaded with useless information as if the author wanted to prove being very smart and knowledgeable….
A narrator’s voice so “swishing” and content read too fast that it made it impossible to digest.
My very first negative feedback ever…
