Editor reviews

This Sherlock Holmes mystery takes place almost entirely in the famed detective's apartment at 221B Baker Street. Holmes has placed a replica of himself in the window, trying to draw out an assassin and diamond thief. As in many of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's stories Holmes' methods are largely unclear to his friend Dr. Watson, but he can rest assured that the detective is a step ahead of the criminal he pursues. Edward Raleigh gives a dramatic performance of the story, creating memorable voices for each of the characters in this tale of detection, where Holmes plays a well strategized game of cat and mouse.
