Helped massively with my sleep apnea!


I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and was advised to use a CPAP machine, however I wanted to exhaust other methods before going down that route. I am so happy I found this audiobook, as it encourages taking a natural approach to managing sleep apnea. I'm now practicing the breathing exercises and have made the recommended holistic lifestyle changes,and I have definitely noticed a vast improvement in my sleep quality! I’d absolutely recommend this audiobook to anyone suffering from sleep apnea and looking for light at the end of the tunnel.

Sleep apnea is the worst. Luckily, we know about it, and there are smart people like Dylan who guides you through to a better life. Sleep well again, and get better, all through the advice and teaching Dr Petkus has! Great value!

very educational and highly informative

Didn’t expect much going in but this dude breaks down the breathing part of sleep apnea in a way that actually makes sense. I’ve been stuck with a cpap that makes me sound like darth vader every night but after messing with the daily breathing stuff from the book (literally takes a few mins) i'm snoring way less and waking up without that groggy brain fog. I like that he doesn’t pretend it’s some magic fix he just shares what worked for him and gives a plan that doesn’t try to replace your doctor just adds on to it. I downloaded the guided tracks he throws in and use them at night now my sleep’s way better and i’m using the machine less already.

Very Interesting

I suspect that I have sleep apnea, but I have never had it checked. This book has loads of very useful info on breathing. I have read a Breath book and bought a grounding mat, which really helps me sleep better; it could be because I breathe better as a result of using it. I will never find out. I believe that we can heal ourselves with the right breathing exercises and being mindful of our breathing.
Regardless, how we breathe might seem insignificant, but it can affect our health, reaching very far and wide. It should be in everyone's best interest to educate ourselves about it. This book will be your start. There are plenty of breathing exercise and bonuses!
Also the author narrates his own book! Perfect, recommended!
