Seriously intended a change? Must read it

Each person should upgrade himself to be fine t the new world. But how can do this upgrade and update? This book really gives strong and achievable ideas towards it.

Gorgeous audiobook.

The book is full of tips and tricks about how to improve ourselves and to create long-lasting habits.
I bet everyone needs someone that explains this stuff; this is why we are buried by personal development products/videos/books.
I think this book stands out, and I can just recommend it!

From one Netflix binger to another

I was really impressed by this book as a self confessed Netflix binger I have now cancel my account to change my procrastinating habit and build my financial healthy new habit! Small habits to Big changes.
The chapters are well presented defining “The What & the Why” followed by a “How” to overcome the issues and suggested next steps.
The book closes by shifting the responsibility to the reader to take action now you have the tools.
I would highly recommend this book for anyone ready and wishing to make changes to their life.

Reach your full potential.

I’ve always enjoy listening to audiobooks that increase productivity and allow me to reach my full potential. This book delivers on both fronts.

You’ll discover how to take action steps today that’ll change your life for the better. It did for me. I especially liked Chapter 4 that went in depth into “How to Make Habits Work for You”.

If you’re looking for a book that’ll help you become the person you’ve dreamt about becoming, then this book may get you there sooner.

Small changes can have big impact!

Over the years, I enjoy reading books and listening to audiobooks about creating good habits. The things we do daily, even though in the moment seems insignificant, can have a major impact on our lives long term. While most books about habits primarily focus on either health-related or work-related matters I like that this book encourages readers to achieve a balance in all areas of life--your social life included. Consistency is key in building habits and creating long term success; hence, I would recommend anyone who is interested in being a better version of themselves and learning how to create good habits to give this audiobook a listen! I promise you won't be disappointed!
