About this listen
The perfect Christmas romance for fans of Karen Swan.
As the snowflakes start to fall, Holly Cove welcomes a new tenant to the beautiful old cottage on the beach...
For lifestyle magazine journalist Tia Armstrong, relationships, as well as Christmas, have lost all their magic. Yet Tia is up against a Christmas deadline for her latest article 'Love is, actually, all around...'
So, Tia heads to Holly Cove where the restorative sea air and rugged stranger, Nic, slowly but surely start mending her broken heart.
Tia didn't expect a white Christmas, and she certainly never dared dream that all her Christmas wishes might just come true...
Set in Caswell Bay on the stunningly beautiful Gower Coast, the cottage nestles amid the limestone cliffs and the woodlands, where the emotions run as turbulently as the wind-swept sea.
As cosy as a marshmallow-topped mug of cocoa, fall in love with a heart-warming festive story from the bestselling author of "The French Adventure".
Lucy lives in the Forest of Dean in the UK with her lovely husband and Bengal cat, Ziggy. Her novels have been short-listed in the UK's Festival of Romance and the eFestival of Words Book Awards. Lucy won the 2013 UK Festival of Romance: Innovation in Romantic Fiction award.

*Heartwarming*
This story was not fast paced but, it was gentle and it warmed my heart. I worked out what was going to happen and I enjoyed the process of how it all came together.
We have Tia a lifestyle magazine journalist. She had a very close bond with her mother who sadly passed away which rocked her world. It also broke the relationship she had with her brother. She had some time away from work and is slowly easing herself back into a routine.
Her boss decides to send her on an assignment which means travelling to Caswell Bay. It sounds like a wonderful place if you want to have complete peace. It is on the Gower Coast in Wales.
Her boss has sorted out all the accommodation as she has contacts there…. Who is the contact?…..
Tia has to interview couples all virtually, as her boss has set up all the interviews, it is now up to Tia to make it work for the magazine.
Tia has never been lucky in love and she used to adore Christmas but with the loss of her Mother things are going to be very bleak. Ironically her article is called ‘Love is, actually, all around’
On arrival to Wales the taxi driver is not the most welcoming and unbeknownst to Tia they both share a broken heart for different reasons.
As the story unfolds, we witness the start of a tentative friendship for Tia. This is something she has never ever experienced. She has not prepared for the emotions that go along with the possibility of more….. Will it be reciprocated? Is there a possibility of a relationship with her brother and his family?
Then, something happens that makes everyone take stock of what is dear to their hearts…..
Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
