Summary

The epic conclusion to Ryan Drake’s mission from a master of the action thriller, perfect for fans of Robert Ludlum and Vince Flynn.

Time has run out for Ryan Drake. Most of his friends are dead or disappeared. Corrupt CIA Director Marcus Cain is poised to ascend to the highest levels of power, and the shadowy group known as the Circle is causing chaos across the globe. But one shred of hope remains. A message hidden by his mother shortly before her death launches Drake and his sister Jessica on a desperate race against time. But they aren’t the only ones tracking down the answers....

Meanwhile Drake’s estranged ally, Anya, embarks on a mission of her own, driven by murderous vengeance. The trail of bodies left in her wake attracts powerful enemies, threatening the delicate balance that holds the world in check. A climactic showdown awaits, where Drake must question everything if he is to defeat the enemy within.

Blistering pace full of action.

Loved the Ryan Drake series full of explosive action. Sad it's come to the end.
The narrator was fantastic and brought each character to life. This would make a great film or tv series

Something to Die For

Full of twists and turns. Very enjoyable story, quite far fetched at times, but entertaining nevertheless. A fine series of stories overall.

Beyond amazing

Amazing, listened to the first book after catching a few episodes of The Critical Drinker on YouTube, and wanted to see if he could put his money where his mouth is in regards to story telling etc.
next thing I know, I'm hooked, it's 2 months later and I've listened to all the Ryan Drake novels.
I can happily say this has been one of the best written series I've listened to/read.
The narration and voice acting was phenomenal.
More like this please!!

Superb

A fantastic finale to an incredible series. Loved ever minute of this book and didn't want to come to the end. All of the characters are so well drawn and there are amazing, strong female leads. Full of twists and turns, this was escapism at it's finest. Brilliant narration.

Action packed and emotional

So all the usual action , intrigue, deception, betrayal, etc. expected from Ryan Drake et al
You do have to suspend disbelief somewhat at all of the close shaves survived, but it does make for drama. Something of a tear-jerker this one; the complex relationships building throughout the 9 books culminating in some dramatic moments in what appears to be the last episode of the series during which Drake and his team are pursued by the CIA and others.
It feels like the final chapter, since much is resolved - but there is scope for more adventure under changed circumstances.
You really need to have read the earlier books to fully appreciate this one.
I have really enjoyed Drake and Anya's journey - to the extent that I was obliged to read the last five books consecutively.
I can recommend the series for fans of Mitch Rapp, Victor the Assassin, Orphan X etc.

Cheesy

I didn’t like it at all, it’s too far fetched! And cheesy and boring! I expected something different!
