I’m a value investor based on fundamental analysis and basically skeptical about technical investing. But this audiobook is very informative and useful as it explains the advantages and the disadvantages, or limitations of technical investing. Perhaps I can improve my investment performance of value investing. At the end of the day, it is important to know there are many who follow technical investing. Easy to understand and enjoyable to listen. Excellent audiobook

This audiobook gives a great foundation in developing an understanding of technical analysis. I found it so useful i bought the hardback as well. If you’ve got this far in reviewing books to develop your trading, just get the book.

I've attempted TA for 2 years, therefore a lot of the terminology used in the book was already known. As a complete beginner you would need to maybe do a little extra work to understand terms especially if you do not have the accompanying .pdf. I simply used an image search for some of the concepts which helped. some parts of this book are slightly out of date and do not carry any weight when applied to say the crypto markets. It was nice to cement that the techniques that I had picked up from being self taught for the last 2 years were the right ones (some of). In addition there were some new concepts that I will now go and lookup further. I particularly liked the checklist at the end, the narration was consistently excellent.

Although this audiobook is good and it has an accompanying pdf I really think the most benefit would come from actually reading the book. Some things you really need to see to understand.

the narrater breathing is guaranteed to disturb and completely distract you. Very hard to enjoy

The book is interesting and my company begging up but half of the PDFs he’s talking about and referred to. I’m not there starting around 11.9 and then 13.2 onwards.

audio says a pdf with charts is available.. - it isn't.

this is the same as "charting and technical analysis" by fred mcallen - a great book but the book refers throughout to numerous charts -but no charts available..
So mr. audible- tell your chart master maker that xmas is over and to get back to work.
