Very comprehensive resource

This audiobook covers it all - I loved that it provides a unique method for weight loss that I haven’t frequently heard before. I’ve wondered about Keto & intermittent fasting, and I liked how this book breaks each down very simply and accessibly while putting them together into 1 comprehensive plan with exercise. All essential tools that you can take as a whole package and choose / adapt as you see fit, and the nice thing is the audiobook helps you do so

Great Book.

This is a very good plan for anyone thinking of losing weight.
I believe that weight wasn't gained in a day, so trying to lose them all in 1 day is mission impossible.

This is a realistic plan that I believe works.

Helpful information

I was curious to find out how the keto diet, and intermittent fasting impacted the body to affect weight loss and how I could incorporate them in my daily routine to lose weight. What I liked about the audio book is that it is a complete guide which also includes information on different types of exercise that you can do and their effect on the body. In addition, the audio book provides tips on healthy cooking techniques and recipe ideas. The audio book ends with tips to maintain your weight loss and how to overcome any challenges with maintaining weight loss. Good and useful information. Well worth a listen.

Insightful Guide

I like the way the author has articulated the audio book as a roadmap, it guides and navigates you from beginner to intermediate level I have purchased other books that make this matter complicated to understand. I have failed attempts and not had great healthy routine this audio guide was helpful, I now have a better understanding how to take care of myself and my food habbits. You will be equipped by the time you finish this audio and feel more at ease and peace. I have made so many notes and highlighted them, and I will definitely be implementing the advice. Highly recommend!

Good information and tips

The author gives a lot of valuable information about weight loss management through foods, diet and exercise. While I would have preferred he only cover foods allowed on the Keto diet, the information is helpful for after this plan is followed to continue with a weight loss plan. He gives good tips for achieving success.
