Great book

Now I am in my 40s, I look for any help I can get with aging. The book has been well researched and the author used her own experiences to teach you the best ways to best aging. The book covers a range of topics from gut health to inflammation and how genetics impacts us all. Overall great book!

Great information to implement at any age!

The authors really dive deep into the principles of anti-aging in this book and they base every recommendation on science. They give readers the scientific foundation, but they present it in a very digestible way (pun intended!)

It's also presented in a way that isn't just a lecture on how to live, move and eat better. They guide you through solutions in diet, exercise, and mental well-being, sharing their own journey along the way. You'll come out of this audiobook with a blueprint to start your very own journey.

Whether you've faced years of chronic pain or you're just looking to start implementing healthier practices into your life, this is a great place to start. I'm in my mid 30s and thought I was doing the right things to stay healthy, but this book really pinpointed some areas that I'll focus more on in 2024. I read this at the perfect time.

As I get older and my joints get worse I am always looking for something to stop the aging cycle. The information in this audiobook had a ton of great tips to longevity and how to fight the battle of aging. I feel like I got younger just from listening haha. Great audiobook!
