Summary

Caught up in the maelstrom following the death of an obscure rabbi in the Roman backwater of first-century Palestine, Leah finds herself also engulfed in her own turmoil - facing the prospect of an arranged marriage to a Roman soldier, Alban, who seems to care for nothing but his own ambitions. Great story

I loved it. I couldn't stop listening to it. Follow a young woman through the intrigue within the palace gates and through her personal encounter with the resurrection of Jesus.

A great novel

I really enjoyed listening to this book. The storyline is interesting, characters of Leah and Alban inspiring and the narrator did a great job. I would recommend it to others.
