I love Tom Fletcher books. I would recommend them all. I have listened to the musical audiobook version of The Creakers multiple times and I will continue too. My daughter who is 7 is equally terrified and enjoying this story also! It has a great light hearted spooky vibe this story and who doesn’t love a little scare after all. The songs are fantastic, Tom Fletcher as well as Samantha Bond speak on this audio recording and that really is a nice touch! Fabulous through and through.

I loved this book how can anyone dislike it so many meaningful comments, and storylines and the characters. It’s such a true representation of society and how an alternative viewpoint is necessary within society in order for it to function. Differences should be respected and represented wherever possible even in children’s fictions books!!!

I would give this book 5 stars because it is such a unique and imaginative twist on the old tale of the monster from under the bed. The Creakers are rubbish-loving creatures who can’t go into the wonderful light of the day and have a weird way of talking. Who? What? Where? When?
