Summary

After escaping an assassin who tries to kill him, Max Gordon learns that his explorer father is missing. Determined to find him, Max discovers a clue which leads him to the inhospitable wilderness Namibia and the discovery of a potential ecological disaster masterminded by the ruthless Shaka Chang. Terrific story

This is a real rollercoaster of a yarn. Really wellconstructed story with the right amount of intrigue and just enough credibility. I will seek out more of this author’s work!

Boys own story

Would you try another book written by David Gilman or narrated by Alistair Petrie?

Already have, they were much better, if I had listened to this one first I wouldn't have purchased more
