Identify foods working for & against you.
This easy-to-follow, quick listen walks you through the elimination diet process that’s used to identify problematic foods in one’s diet. Chapter 1 sets the stage by outlining how being more mindful about what you eat can offer long-term benefits. My favorite section of the audiobook was Chapter 7, which covered a number of best practices for increasing how successful you’ll be in following an elimination diet.

Highly Recommending
Thank you for this great audiobook. I now have a better gut, and the best part is I no longer suffer from bloating. I can focus better and feel wider awake. Diet is truly the key to a happy life.

A quickstart guide to healing yourself
As someone who went through their own painful journey with food as an adult, this book is A MUST. Certain foods are probably inflamming you and causing countless health issues and the elimination diet is the ONLY practical way to deal with this. This short book will tell you exactly what you need to do with no fluff. It will help you understand how certain foods trigger you, and how to adjust your diet to reduce inflammation as much as possible.

A must-listen
I was hook by the first chapter "how two months of purposeful eating will change your life forever".
Although I truly think that there is nothing more real than this statement, this chapter is well made, and if you are still not 100% sure of it, the author really broke it down for you.
This audiobook is packed with useful information and I think we all should understand how our body reacts to the food we eat, and the elimination diet is a great way to find it out!
