One audiobook to rule them all
An absolutely stunning and sublime performance by the wonderful Mr. Andy Serkis and yet another great reason to return to Middle Earth again this Fall. There is no other fantasy author quite like Tolkien and here his world is brought to life in breathtaking detail.
As always, the road goes ever on and on. We truly have been blessed.

Andy Serkis makes a masterpiece even better.
What more can be said about this epic masterpiece, a true work of brilliance. Im writing this to highlight the talent of Andy Serkis in his voice acting, yes voice acting and not just narration. Andy makes each character unique and familiar, different from the movies but recognisable as their personalities. A must listen for any Tolkien fan.

Incredible
Andy Serkis’ narration is outstanding! To anyone who has never read the LoTR books before then I’d highly recommend listening to this audiobook. And to anyone who is a die hard fan like myself, this reading is full of character and depth which just adds to an already incredible book.
