Just what I needed,
This bundle for first-time mothers is exceptional! While there are many books and audiobooks available that focus on pregnancy, this bundle delves into the crucial details of what comes after. I was impressed with the abundance of valuable tips, including the significance of skin-to-skin contact with the baby and effective ways to avoid contact sleep. Additionally, the audiobook directly addresses concerns surrounding baby-led weaning, and the included recipes and food preparation guidelines make it effortless to get started. I highly recommend giving this audiobook a listen!

A MUST-HAVE for first time moms!
This two-book bundle is an absolute must for first time moms. I am doing some research to clear my head and have more of a balanced idea of what to expect. The first book is amazing to provide accurate (non-embellished) information to know the most common and important things you'll have to decide or consider. The additional bonus of the second book - Spoons and Solids - is exceptional and again, it eases the burden when in doubt about how to begin the inevitable transition to solids. Not having much of a friend or family support system, I found these combined works a most interesting and necessary listen for soon-to-be mothers.

I was the mom in the book cover until this book
I struggled so much when I had my first and wish I had got this book earlier. I was at a loss when my baby wasn't eating and sleeping. It drove me crazy. This book helped me figure out that my child is actually undergoing a four month sleep regression and bottle aversion. It also introduced the idea of baby-led weaning which fascinates me even as a mother of two. I particularly appreciate the simple three-ingredient recipes. I'm excited to try as it seems to work well for busy parents like myself. Overall great resources for new and experienced parents!

Great Listen!
I was looking for a comprehensive and informative guide to help me through my first twelve months of motherhood, and I am thrilled I found this bundle! Written in an easy-to-understand format, the author covers it all – from breastfeeding to postpartum recovery to baby-led weaning. The author does a great job at addressing all the things a new mom needs to know, like tips and secrets to successful breastfeeding or bottle-feeding, how to prepare for giving birth, and how to recover after childbirth. As someone who is not a seasoned mom, I found the book to be incredibly helpful with tips and tricks to solve common problems like burping and trapped wind. The author even provides a month-by-month guide and several different movements for gas relief. The second book in the bundle goes into even more detail about weaning, providing easy-to-follow meal plans and recipes, in-depth strategies for spoon-feeding, and helpful advice about common mistakes and questions. I highly recommend this bundle for any new mom out there who needs a comprehensive guide for their baby's first twelve months.
