The essential knowledge you need
I dream of buying my own home. My nightmare is buying something that will turn into a disaster, and eventually, I will regret the purchase. Buying a house is too big of a deal just to leave room for error. That's why I really appreciate this book, which gave me so much value. I feel like this book prepared me more for doing a thorough job when choosing and buying a house. For example, hiring an inspector is necessary, no matter the cost. That can save a lot of work and headaches in the long term. Another is the negotiation. There is so much advice on what is my right and the blueprint it has to go down. I highly recommend this book to anybody who has yet to buy a home. A small price for avoiding major mistakes can potentially be costly.

So much great info!
This audiobook is filled with lots of great into for any new home buyer. Maybe even someone that hasn't bought a new home in a long time. It breaks down the challenging home buying process into simple, understandable steps. I appreciated how it covers everything from budgeting and financial advice to how to negotiate and work thru home inspections. I think the checklist is really helpful, since it'll continue to help me stay organized. I highly recommend it to any new home buyer looking for some clear direction on the process!

The First Home Buyers’ Book is full of helpful facts on buying your first home. The information is delivered in such a fun way which makes a captivating and interesting to listen to. The PDF provided with the audiobook is also an excellent resource and one which I will definitely be referring to in the future. The narration is easy to listen to which is so important, and the author makes the whole subject of home buying come alive.
