Summary
Would you know your forever house if you found it?
Hunter's Moon is the ultimate 'forever' house. Nestled by a river in the Peasebrook valley, it has been the Willoughbys' home for over 50 years, and now estate agent Belinda Baxter is determined to find the perfect family to live there. But the sale of the house unlocks decades of family secrets - and brings Belinda face to face with her own troubled past.
A gorgeous escapist listen for anyone needing a hug in a book - perfect for fans of Erica James, Lucy Diamond and Harriet Evans.

What a wonderful listen!
I really enjoyed The Forever House, I thought I’d worked out what might happen but no, the little twists kept it a riveting read. Quite a different story moving between the 1960’s and back to present day, highly recommended.

A wonderful family saga possible spoilers.
This was a lovely book that pulled me in and made me care for the characters and their stories. Vivid descriptions brought hunters moon to life. My only hope is that veronica continues the story so we can find out about some of the stories she didn't tell like what happe ex to Dai and what Annie did for a career and wether phoebe became successful. As usual Julia Barrie was exceptional as the narrator .

Veronica Henry on form
Lovely story great ending had tears in my eyes. The narrator annoyed me calling Nigel Niggle no double g in the name. Does no one at Audible ever check pronunciation??? I love VH her stories are gentle interesting and I always want to know what is going to happen - without a niggle!

A lovely cosy book
A great book about a house loved by generations of a family with the input of new blood. I almost feel tempted to read it again straight away.

Back on form
I have read quite a few Veronica Henry books. The early ones like the beach hut, I really enjoyed. Recently, though I have not enjoyed some of her newer stuff. However, this one is on par with the beach hut books. I was totally engrossed with the story from start to finish.
