Loads of great stuff!

Any time I can learn about something that saves me money at the grocery store, I am all over it! This was such a great book to listen to. The author left no stone unturned. So much of the subject matter was covered and explained using an easy-to-follow method: canning, Freezing, dehydration, and so much more. The book excites you to try new things and save lots of money. Not to mention feeling independent and self-sustaining! If you have ever had a desire to preserve your food, this book is for you!

Like grandma's advice

This guide is full of priceless canning and preserving advice, the kind you can otherwise learn only from your grandma! I love it !

I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook. The explanations were clear, and the narrator made it easy to understand. I tried the canning tips first, and they worked perfectly!
