It is all evidence-based and this all-on-one set really does provide everything as well as lots of easy-to-do techniques and tips. From mind-gut connection, mindfulness, yoga, diet, breathing as well as what herbs and foods to eat there is nothing it doesn’t discuss - with evidence.
My favourite part was the conscious connected breath technique and how (or why) be label things. But there really is so much that I found useful, interesting - and delivered in such a friendly, believable and engaging way.
A wonderful audiobook that I will listen to again - and buy the books!

For too long, we have tried to separate the different parts of ourselves and treat everything with a pill, but it's catching up to us. The mind-body connection is real. One informs the other, and vice versa. I really appreciate how the author has put her heart into holistic health. Written with compassion and wisdom, it's a journey worth taking.
On a personal note, there are elements of the first book that I don't resonate with. The more spiritual elements, for example. However, I make note of this because I feel the author does a great job at presenting it in a way that doesn't emphasize one religious practice, but comes at it from a more rational approach, looking at certain human faculties and how we might take care of them from all angles. And there are so many tools and tips to choose from, you can pick out what resonates with you.
Overall, it's a great listen for anyone wanting to upgrade their health, become more resilient, let go of anxiety and stress, and so on. Thank you to the author :)
