well worth a read.

even though the book is intended for a female audiences, it still as many golden nuggets of information and the approach to the elimination of foods makes it easier to focus your initial goals.

Awful narrator

Couldn't get past the awful nasal narration - dire!! Content was OK, but wierd hearing lists read out. Definately needs better adaption for audio

about to give it a whirl

I have listened to enough to have bought several pounds of vegetables. I have reconciled myself to not drinking alcohol. Let's see what happens.

Life Changing - literally

Where does The Hormone Reset Diet rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This really was a great listen - and not too loaded with super scientific lingo... to the point, informative and really made me feel like this is achievable. I think EVERYONE would benefit from listening and learning about diet and the impact it has on our body and vice versa, in the age we live in, there are so many illnesses that can be reversed with diet. We don't need to live in ignorance and with health issues.

Inspired in everyway

I’ve loved listening to the hormone reset diet, and I’m really pleased with the changes I’ve made to my lifestyle. I’m feelings great, full of joy, and passion. Friends have noticed how it’s changed my well-being and I’m on day 9 (12/5/21).

this is a really boring listen and I'm really interested in nutrition and health. there's too much information and maths! it's too much.....
