loved it
loved it, it was great. if I had one teeny tiny not even really a complaint more of a foot note really.... what happened to knackens voice? apart from that a wonderful book and a brilliant audio reading. 😁👍

Words can't describe how much I love this series

AAVE Accent
Thank goodness!!! The voice actor stopped using African-American vernacular English accent, it was jarring. Kept going as the story and narration was generally very good, just not that part.

What did they do to our boy Kraken?!
If you've made it to book 3 you know what you're getting into, this part is a little different in tone overall, but does not disappoint.

from the first paragraph that I heard I was completely spellbound. It is an excellent story told by an excellent storyteller. All three books run seamlessly from one to another so enjoy yourselves with listening to this wonderful tale.

Change in the Narration voice
I am not sure if the narrator changed the way you voiced the female character or if I got used to it but I like it more now compared to book 1. I definitely know Kraken (cat) has his voice changed which was a great decision.

The house witch trilogy, what a read!
I had to listen to all 3 books back to back, the story was that good. It had it all, adventure, romance, magic and castles.
It thoughtfully covered all human conditions, bullying, overbearing parents, and being accepted by people you lest expect to be open minded.
This writer is very talented indeed being able to keep an interesting tale going, with humor, sadness and an adventure, with much more besides over 3 books.
Well done and so glad I gave the first book a try. Now what on earth am I going to listen to next?
